Wild At Heart

It’s a little strange to be writing about such a well-known movie as David Lynch’s classic Wild at Heart, but for reasons unbeknownst, you can’t stream this fun and twisted road trip, so here it is- perfect for an America boasting of killer viruses, murderous cops and a cartoon president that hasn’t been funny for 4 years. Come to think of it, the best reason to watch Wild At Heart right now isn’t the chemistry between Laura Dern and Nicholas Cage, the uber creepiness of Willem Dafoe, or even the Crispin Glover cameo… it’s the realization that David Lynch’s surreal, nonsensical regurgitation of American White Trash and Pop Culture might actually be more sane and appealing than our current home.
